Changes to the Palloo API, the gateway and these docs that bot and app developers should know about.

October 2026

  • The API has its own address: https://api.palloo.app/v1 for REST and wss://api.palloo.app/v1/gateway for the gateway. These docs, the code samples and the API reference use it, and reference paths no longer start with /api/v1. Existing bots keep working: the old address is still supported (see Overview). Log in with Palloo is unchanged and stays on https://app.palloo.app.
  • The Developer Terms of Service are published, and Log in with Palloo apps are now requested and reviewed through the Help center; see Registering an app.
  • The developer documentation is published, covering version 0.1.0 of the Palloo API: bots, the gateway (protocol version 2), slash commands and interactions, incoming webhooks and Log in with Palloo.
